You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access or interfere with systems or data without authorization.
• Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates privacy.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Pricing, billing, and cancellation are handled by Apple and are subject to App Store terms. We do not manage payment information directly.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for security and operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bubbles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
